Tips & Advice

Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is a must to get the desired finish. New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly.

Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax, etc. before application.

All surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off.

Suitable remedial measured should be taken in case of water seepage/leakage problems. Fungus affected areas need separate treatment.

Application Tools

By roller, brush or airless spray (nozzle width between 0.5mm and 0.7mm)

Dilution

For Brilliant White & Pastel Shades dilute up to 40-45% (400-450 ml of water in 1 litre paint), for deep base shades dilute 25-30% (250-300ml of water in 1 litre paint).

Note: Normally two coats of paint are sufficient for complete opacity & desired finish. Deep base shades may require third coat for getting the desired opacity.
